Find out more at [link removed] : · Manages the Application Development discipline · Responsible for the strategic direction of the Application Development discipline · Responsible for utilization, hiring, staffing, training, and career planning of Application Development discipline · Provides input on strategic direction of the Technology Services department · A leader within iCrossing · Provides oversight on client work · Provides technology thought leadership to clients and within iCrossing Major Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: · Support the Sales Organization through out the sales process · Support the Operations Organization through out the delivery process · Assist and guide the estimation and proposal process · Research new technologies and provides solution opinions · Travel to support clients, team members and business development opportunities · Ensure that all delivery teams have the appropriate level of technical guidance · Ensure that all delivery teams have proper staffing levels to support the proper design and development of a solution architecture · Research tools, technologies, and training programs · Promote the use of industry best practices on delivery teams · Motivate and support teams to drive towards higher quality and improved efficiency Education/Experience: · 12+ years of experience · Bachelor/Master/PhD · Technical Education and Management Education · 12+ years experience in Consulting Services · Experience with multiple SDLC processes · Broad experience across the interactive space · Technical Architecture experience with highly available solutions Knowledge/Technical Skills: · Broad Technical Knowledge · Specific skills with Java-based solutions and Microsoft-based solutions · Programming experience with OO languages · OOAD skills · Technical Architecture skills · Management skills, successfully managed teams of 30+ members Abilities: · Proven Leadership skills · Proven public speaking skills · Proven ability to guide teams through innovative experiences · Stays in touch with leading edge technology · Writing technology-related opinion papers · Excellent people skills Click the following link to apply online: https:// [link removed] ?jid=67923
