John Deere Credit was founded to offer financing solutions to the industries we serve and the customers we know best. In addition to providing retail, wholesale and lease financing to help customers buy John Deere equipment, we also serve the broader needs of the agricultural industry by offering revolving credit and operating loans to help farmers purchase needed supplies and services. John Deere Credit has also recently entered the renewable energy arena with a business unit that focuses on community-based wind projects.

John Deere Credit is seeking a Syndication Support Analyst. Responsibilities include:

Facilitates the sale of credit transactions to syndicate partners by modeling less to medium complex pricing analysis through applicable pricing software, gathering critical pricing data, documenting credit transactions, and accurately reporting and maintaining reports for all credit sales.
Ensures high level of service to syndicate partners by serving as a contact person.
Determines and then gathers all necessary information from receivable documents needed in order to prepare for sale.
Determines the pricing on receivables being considered for sale by performing detailed analysis of pricing data gathered from various systems.
Ensures complete accuracy in receivable accounting and other documents by performing thorough audits, determining corrections needed and making necessary changes.
Creates and maintains reports on collection activity for syndicated accounts.
Performs all weekly servicing activities.
Assists in the development, implementation and communication of tools and reporting methods to enhance account management.

Skills

Understanding of financial modeling and/or marketing concepts.
General understanding of credit principles.
Ability to use various department specific computer programs such as InfoLease, SuperTRUMP, C.A.C.S., etc.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Skill in financial analysis.
Skill in planning and organizing.

Education

Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience.

Experience

Previous Accounting or Finance experience desirable.
