Siebel Business Analyst - Business Analyst II



We need YOU, as our next Siebel Business Analyst, to help contribute your expertise in business processes and system functionality. This includes coordinating activities or team members on maintenance and project assignments of medium risk and complexity and includes the performance of activities such as requirement definition, research, analysis, coordination, testing, training and documentation.

Requires 3 to 5 years of progressive business analyst experience, with at least 2 years experience as a Siebel business analyst.
Requires a good understanding of the major Siebel modules including Siebel 7.8/8.0 Financial Services, CTI, Agent/Partner Portal, Healthcare & Insurance, Actuate and Analytics reporting.
Must have experience in mapping requirements to Siebel functionality (Screens & views, BC's, workflows, etc.), performing gap analyses, creating Siebel functional design documents and other business documentation.
Requires ability to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute activities.
Requires ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, business, and technology professionals.
Requires ability to analyze business problems and propose effective solutions within the Siebel application.
Requires ability to coordinate system testing cycle, issues tracking and resolution.
Requires ability to provide training, presentation and facilitation.
Requires ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Requires ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff.
Requires ability to adapt to a variety of project team roles, such as analyst, tester, documentation writer, or trainer.
Requires ability to understand and apply business vision and direction.
Requires continuous learning of new skills that add value to projects and assignments.
Requires ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
Requires the capacity to learn and understand the manual and automated business processes for the business units supported.
