As our Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst, you'll design, develop, configure and test solutions for our Nike Finance community. You'll provide leadership and drive industry best practices in the ongoing design and support of system configuration and business processes related to SAP FICO modules. You'll partner with other functional teams to ensure that business and configuration changes are in line with global processes and you'll partner with technical teams, including ABAP developers, for custom development. In addition, you'll handle the full implementation process, including the documentation of existing processes, initial design and configuration, unit testing, coordination of integrated testing, super-user training and ongoing support.

Requirements for this position include:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
? 2 years' additional professional experience in lieu of a degree
? 5 years' business experience in finance, IT or a related field
? 3 years' experience in a Finance Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role
? 2 years' SAP configuration experience with FI AR module
? Must have strong experience in cash application, credit management and treasury functionality
? Cross-functional experience with SD and TR desired
? The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple implementations in multiple regions, dealing with multiple cultures
? Understand the complexities of cross-functional issue identification, prioritization and a demonstrated success in delivering resolutions
? Experience with project management methodology desired
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to consult and communicate effectively with a broad range of business and IT partners
? Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
