Job Overview:

We are seeking aSenior Business Systems Analyst located inRound Rock, Texas. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be reporting to the ERP Manager. The areas of focus will include Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Distribution. This Analyst will have the opportunity to work in a very fast-paced dynamic/changing environment. Primary Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for the maintenance, modification and implementation of Oracle 11i applications. This includes the analysis, design, and implementation of business solution using AIM methodology;
Provide Production support with root cause analysis for support tickets and meet required SLAs;
Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to team members for business process aspects; Lead and manages projects in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements;
Define project requirements, project plans/schedules, resource needs to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and ensure customer satisfaction;
Establish customer relationships and facilitates development and delivery efforts to meet business goals and benefits;
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow IT staff members at all levels, including peers, managers and senior executives;
The ability to travel up to 20%;
Education/Experience:

B.S required. MBA preferred;
Demonstrated leadership in building key business relationships and meeting business expectations through clearly articulating IT goals (in terms of improvements to key business performance indicators);
7+ years of progressive professional experience performing business analysis and end-user support in a corporate enterprise environment;
Excellent understanding of enterprise business process analysis and solution design, and should be able to work with users to identify business issues/requirements and prepare recommended cost effective solutions;
Ability to provide Solution Architecture in Oracle applications;
5+ years of implementation and support experience with Oracle ASCP, Manufacturing, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory & Order Management;
Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines;
Excellent customer facilitation and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid presentation proficiency;
