Senior Business Analyst - SAP Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Business Analyst will design and deploy new and enhanced financial processes, control structures, and management reporting and analytic tools. In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with colleagues in the rollout of SAP Projects for a variety of purposes across operating companies. They will work closely with business and technical partners to define requirements, prioritize needs, configure and test solutions, conduct training, and manage the production environment.

Success in this role requires a combination of business subject matter expertise in the above functions, hands-on SAP FI / CO analysis, configuration, testing, and end-user support experience, and savvy communications skills.

Requirements:

-Five or more years of SAP Finance (FI) and Control (CO) analysis and configuration experience

-Participation in all phases of SAP ERP deployment, including ongoing support and enhancement of production installations

-Three or more years of business process analysis and requirements definition experience

-Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport and credibility with business and technology staff

-Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation skills

-Four year degree

-Additional SAP ERP experience (MM, PS, SD, BW/BI) a plus.

-ABAP development or Basis administration experience a plus.

-Nice to have - SAP FI and / or CO Solution Consultant certification a plus.
