Our client is looking for an SDE who can tackle tough technical challenges and help propel the team to the next level. They will be responsible for building tools developed in WPF, Silverlight, C#, XML, JavaScript, as well as WinForms.

This is a great opportunity for the creative and technical SDE with at least 4 years experience developing commercial software, possess excellent software design skills, and has a track record of producing code in C#. Previous experience building desktop UI, especially using WPF, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have knowledge and experience using agile development processes, and be effective at communicating technical design. A bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

-Participating in setting the direction for architecture and methodology for your feature team.

-As an SDE on the team, you will mentor and grow the technical skills of other SDEs.

Qualifications:

-Strong software design, OOP and database system experience.

-Development through the full software life cycle.

-Visual studio and Team Foundation Server project experience being a plus.

-4+ years experience with C# and .Net developing commercial software.

-WPF development experience preferred.

-Understanding of Composition Application Guidance for WPF preferred. (Prism)

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross-group collaboration skills.

-Track record of applying creativity and innovation to projects that meet customer needs and increase productivity.

-Strong ship mentality.

-Experience with scale.
