The Xbox division is creating a new product based on new and exciting technologies from Microsoft Research. We are looking for a seasoned, program manager that is looking to join a startup team building a market changing product in the gaming industry.

In addition to strong program management skills this person should have excellent technical skills and the ability to work with very senior development and test teams.

Successful candidates must have:
- A strong technical background preferably with experience with kernel, CPU or virtualization technologies
- Experience designing and shipping software
- Proven track record of cross group collaboration
- Passion for technology and expanding the role of gaming
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to work with like-minded people that want to tackle the hard issues to deliver the right product and user experience.
- A proven history of managing feature work through at least one full software product lifecycle

Areas of responsibility will include: Driving planning, writing specifications, keeping the development and test teams on track towards a well defined goal, triaging bugs, and owning and closing any issues.

DirectX, PC video or console game development, and Scrum experience are not required, but would be a plus.
