Do you have hands on experience with client side networking stacks and/or multimedia pipelines? Do you have knowledge or experience with Xbox and Xbox Live? Are you passionate about gaming and developing software that allows people to connect with each other online to compete and have fun? If you fit the description, we have a job for you. We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager that will work closely with architecture, development, test, and others throughout Microsoft to solve tough technical problems and drive audio for our product.

Successful candidates will additionally have:
Familiarity with the Xbox 360 system including Xbox Live
Familarity with a multimedia pipeline such as the Format SDK or Media Foundation
Experience designing and building software and user experiences
5-7 years of product team shipping experience preferably in the program management role
Strong technical skills with a proven ability to have impact and influence across teams
Passion for video games and system level software stacks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
