If so, the Xbox Live Marketplace team is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead the next wave of innovation in the e-commerce and transaction business. This is a great opportunity to join the team and help deliver on a potentially industry disrupting idea that can change the way consumers interact with the console.

As Sr. PM, your responsibilities will involve helping frame the vision and strategy and then developing the right set of features for this project. This role offers plenty of cross-group collaboration opportunity especially with product, planning, and business teams to ensure we are taking a holistic approach that integrates key consumer and product requirements. You will be responsible for ideation as well as translating consumer needs into product development features.

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development, design skills, and a proven track record in shepherding projects from incubation to ship.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, payment methods, partner systems integration, is a plus.
- Additionally, this position will require strong communication, ability to build consensus, cross-platform collaboration skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and drive project deliverables and timelines.
- A great candidate will thrive in an environment working with multiple groups, and goals.
- 5+ years in program management or a related discipline required.
- A BA/BS strongly preferred.
