This mean you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the company from ground up and you will have the opportunity to grow into a larger role.

Job Expectation:
- Study and analyst the existing e-commerce system.
- Propose a new ideal layout and features to be added and enhanced.
- Develop and continuously improve and maintain the website.
- Complete task by mutually agreed deadline.
- Learn procedures within the company (i.e. what happen when a customer place an order) and write software to streamline the company procedure.
- Able to pick up new programming technique/language in order to complete a specific task
- Continuously fixing bugs on the software as reported by users
- Bring your IT expertise into the organization and make positive changes
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.

Knowledge and Skill:
-JAVA
-MySQL or MS SQL
- Coldfusion
-JSP
-ASP/ASP.net 2.0/.NET Framework
-Windows IIS
-Flash
-MS Access (basic)

Experience:
-Preferable with e-commerce experience
-Web-based application development
-Web site development
