Enjoy working with the latest technologies to solve real-world business problems? Our client's US R&D center has an exciting opportunity leading the solution development for printers. The candidate will lead the direction for Solutions and open platform. This is an ideal opportunity to build a team and work with the marketing teams in both the US and Europe. Candidate must have experience leading and developing 'enterprise' level solutions including SDK and API development.

Communication is a key aspect of the job and the candidate must have experience working with other companies or overseas operations. Demonstrated examples of communication skills include mentoring ability, clear ability to communicate and solve problems, and including very strong design documentation skills.

Solution development also requires strong skills in the area of requirement development. The candidate will need to be able to take abstract marketing concepts and develop clear product requirements. Current experience should also provide the ability to suggest new creative features and develop plans based on high level strategic input.

Fundamental project scheduling skills, tracking and risk analysis are also required. Job requires a bachelor's degree or higher and at least 9 years of related experience is required, or 7 years experience with MS.

· Current experience developing Management and Workflow Solutions for MFPs
· Experience with Scan and Device Management Solutions
· Understanding of UI Design and linkages for solutions
· Device Security and Authentication
· Software architecture experience
· Product interface development between device and client
· Use of Web Services Technology
· UML, OOA, OOD, SCM, Requirements Management
· C/C++, .Net, XML, Java, COM/DCOM, SQL Server
· MS Project
· Communication skills and Tools
· Experience with MFP Job Management and Contention Management
· Understanding of imaging requirements
· Ability to design for high performance and resolve performance issues
