Analyze and evaluate clients existing software and database management systems and information systems; evaluate e-Commerce, database driven web sites for clients; Analyze performance tuning, optimization, develop and testing of business systems; evaluate user request for new or modified computer systems for cost-effectiveness and clarify program objectives using optimization analysis; design, develop and maintain database extract and update programs; use necessary software tools, including Oracle, dBase, Visual Basic.

Requirement: Bachelor?s or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field
