Position Description
Integrated Scheduling currently has several challenging opportunities available at the St. Louis site for individuals with a background in Project Management, Program Planning, Program and Network Scheduling. Successful candidates will independently prepare program and/or project level schedules for non-recurring aspects of new business acquisitions and proposals. Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Leads, directs and facilitates risk and opportunity analysis, identification and resolution of critical path and network logic conflicts. Leads, directs and facilitates, using accepted project management/integrated scheduling techniques, to status and measure progress. Coordinates with management to develop a corrective action plan for performance variances. Leads the integration and schedule impact analysis of complex and/or multiple schedule changes. Oversees configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
