Position Description
Integrated Scheduling currently has several challenging opportunities available at the St. Louis site for individuals with a background in Project Management, Program Planning, Program and Network Scheduling. The individuals selected will be responsible for the development and coordination of schedules that support program requirements and are fully integrated across all stakeholders. Responsibilities include detailed analysis of current schedule performance, variance and trend analysis, and timely communication of scheduling issues and risks to program management. In addition, the candidates selected will function as the scheduling subject matter experts for their assigned programs and will be the point of contact with customers and suppliers concerning scheduling related issues. Candidates will also be asked to provide coaching to less experienced schedulers and participate in functional process and initiative teams as required. Duties include: Developing program and/or project level schedules for non-recurring aspects of new business acquisitions and proposals. Integrates program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Performs risk and opportunity analysis. Identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Identifies and reports performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Performs scheduling impact analysis related to a change request and incorporates approved changes. Ensures configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
