Position Description
Provides intelligence/image analytic solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity, with analysis or recommendations potentially effecting achievement of major operational objectives, with completed work being reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. Represents the organization on occasion as the prime intelligence/image analytic contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Performs work across multiple intelligence disciplines and diverse platforms using expert application/image analytic principles, theories and concepts. Demonstrates command of imagery analytic field and solves routine to difficult problems of expanded scope. Acts as an Integrated Project Team Lead when appropriate, and may be required to mentor junior imagery analysts. Articulates complex issues or results to effect customer satisfaction. Applies extensive intelligence/image analytic expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with completed work being reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective. Provides intelligence/image analytic solutions to complex mission planning problems that require ingenuity and creativity, with analysis or recommendations potentially effecting achievement of major operational objectives. Education and/or Experience

Geospatial Services: Production Coordinator/Information Security Systems Officer (ISSO) Provides daily operational leadership to technical staff in order to ensure successful implementation of multiple concurrent projects/processes and procedures. The successful applicant shall demonstrate an in depth knowledge of configuration management best practices for both information technology and security system protocol requirements. In addition to IT/security configuration management this position requires intimate knowledge of NGA/GGI related workflows such as multi-scale feature data and terrain products. Be able to mentor, direct, and task junior staff as needed. Must have the ability to lead and develop diverse workgroups, set priorities, identify risk and trouble shoot workflow impediments. Successful applicant will also demonstrate ability to measure and report performance metrics. Ability to work in an integrated environment that includes several program stakeholders including; project managers, project leads, quality assurance manager/leads, resource manager, IPT manager and apprentice through senior analysts. Applicant discriminators include but are not limited to: Current experience specific to NGA products and services. DTED, Feature Data, TLM, ICM, Stereo Airfield, PCH.
