CONFIGURATION MANAGER We are currently recruiting for aConfiguration Manager with a strong technical background to join our team. The Configuration Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establishing and maintaining configuration management plans.
Maintaining the source control repository, including the branching and merging of branches after releases.
Working with team leads to plan and execute software builds to the development, integration, and production environments.
Working with team leads to establish and maintain a continuous integration environment.
Working with team leads to ensure all requirements have been met and implemented.
Ensuring all work checked into source control repository meets at least one requirement. Required Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience as a configuration manager for large-scale Web-based applications. · Thorough knowledge on configuration management, source code control, and automated build tools. · Ability to design, develop, and maintain a configuration management structure for major releases, minor releases, and patches in parallel. · Experience in UNIX and Windows environments. · Excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and customers. · Attention to detail, accuracy, precision in all work. · Enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently. · Stable employment history.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Computer Science.
Experience with subversion and familiar with multi source (Java, C#, etc) build tools like maven, ant, make, etc.
Experience working in SEI CMMI Maturity Level 2 and 3 environments.
