Description:Four-year degree and a minimum five years related experience is required. Banking/Financial services background preferred. Applies a thorough knowledge of the needs of a business unit and extensive knowledge of systems technology to business problem-solving, with the objective of meeting the information needs of that business unit as well as identifying opportunities for reducing expenses or increasing productivity/revenues.Responsible for understanding the technical needs and theory of the business unit and for optimizing volume processing, expense control, and/or revenue generation. Specific responsibilities include: MAINTAIN OVERSIGHT OF LOAN BOOKING PROCESS INTERFACING WITH CLO, LENDING STAFF AND CREDIT UPDATE, ENHANCE AND MAINTAIN QUALITY CONTROL AROUND CREDIT UNDERWRITING TEMPLATE MAINTAIN REAL ESTATE FINANCE SHAREPOINT SITE DEVELOP EXCEPTION REPORTING AROUND UNIDENTIFIED LOANS, MISSING COLLATERAL CODES, DSC, LTV AND WORK WITH OUR INFORMATION SYSTEMS TO REMEDIATE ERRORS RESPONSIBLE FOR UPLOADING INFORMATION TO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (I.E., TREPP, PPR COMPASS) SYSTEMS CONDUCT DATABASE AND AFS QUERIES IN RESPONSE TO AD HOC REQUESTS (I.E., DELINQUENCY REPORTS) MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE MIS IRE DATABASE.
