Description:

Retail Incentives Administration Manager

Position requires a process-oriented, responsible, and innovative individual with excellent communications and relationship-building skills who can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This person will manage a small staff and be the primary point of contact for all inquiries to the Sales Performance & Incentives (SPI) group from the 10,000+ participants of the Retail Branch Network, Small Business, and other Retail incentive plans.

The position will report to the Incentive Processing and Reporting Manager, and will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all our incentive plan participants and their management teams, as well as other internal partners and stakeholders, including Sales Development, Retail Audit, Payroll, Finance, and others. This team is also responsible for maintaining and operating the systems and processes used to track issues raised by plan participants, using these processes and systems to quickly resolve the issues and make any necessary adjustments to our reporting or payouts, and using this information to spot patterns and opportunities to improve the overall incentive process.

In addition to being responsive to inquires and requests for adjustments, a primary focus of the Retail Incentive Administration team is to safeguard the integrity of the incentive plans and ensure a level playing field for all participants by working with Sales Development and Retail Audit to help identify opportunities for abuse. A successful candidate will have empathy for our internal clients (the plan participants) and the mindset to see the big picture of what our incentive plans and reporting are trying to accomplish. The candidate will be able to not just deliver error-free results for the processes they execute, but be able to own issues whatever the root cause, and champion their resolution.
As a member of the IPR management team, the successful candidate will be a strong team player, have strong leadership and management skills, and will be responsible for the ongoing training and professional development of the Incentives Administration staff (one to two employees)
Candidate must be detail-oriented, thorough, flexible, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to develop solid professional relationships with our internal partners, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. An undergraduate degree and/or one to three years of branch banking experience are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel a plus.
