Description:Researches and compiles business and financial information for the Corporate Talent Acquisition department. Reviews, reconciles and analyzes information to support performance management and change initiatives. Develops measurement tools, monitors results and prepares and ensures that the reporting accurately reflects the performance of the department.- Builds tools and datasets to contribute to workforce planning/forecasting and capacity planning. - Performs continuous data validation to ensure high levels of data integrity. - Prepares ad-hoc analysis and furnishes deliverables in a timely manner. - Interprets general requirements in order to build specific functioning models. - Interprets data and information to support and influence managerial decisions. - Works independently. - Provides trending, forecasting, and what-if scenarios around sourcing data, recruitment activity and related data. Participates in team projects and contributes to workflow process modeling, technology system requirements definitions and testing, problem solving and solution design. Bachelors degree required. Advanced excel skills, including but not limited to: pivot tables, statistical analysis and compiles formulas. Intermediate level or above Access skills, including; VB programming. Ability to write and execute queries (SQL).
